Top 10 Principles of Transformation / Empowerment

1.   All upsets or problems start at the instant of self-betrayal. All upsets have a beginning, middle and end. All upsets end with the commitment to honor one’s truth.
2. The greatest key to happiness is to honor one’ truth. It can be said in many ways. The 7 Sacred Truths are simply different ways of saying the same thing. Satisfaction is a state of being that occurs any time you do any of these 7 things: Living in Your Dream, Asking for what is true at 100%, Create – Don’t Wait, Choose – Don’t Resist or Succumb, Disengage from Reaction, Establish a Coaching Relationship, and most importantly Honoring Your Truth.
3. All problems are self-created balls and chains designed to keep us from moving toward our dreams and our success.
4. Until you stop putting up with what you are currently putting up with, you cannot rise to higher ground, where what you truly want is waiting for you.
5. Parenting is coaching without criticism, discipline without make wrong, and correction without judgment. The greatest tool to being truly present with your children is to honor your truth. Don’t do parenting out of ought to, effort, struggle or burden, have to, or you are simply “going through the motions” and are not present. They know it and won’t tell you; instead they will act it out.
6. Defensiveness creates and maintains the attack. It is in being defensive, that you elicit more attack. When someone throws garbage at you, usually only about 10% of it might be true. The way you know if they are saying something legitimate for you to look at, is because you have an emotional charge on it. If it makes you defensive, you need to look at it. If this happens, all you need to do is acknowledge what the 10% is that is legitimate. Say, “The part of this that is true for me is …” This will dissipate your defensiveness and their attack.
7. People will always create just enough pain to finally make the choice. The choice they have been avoiding, that gets them back on track, and resolves the problem.
8. The pinnacle of productivity is to never work; always play. This may take years to achieve, and happens by learning the distinction between resist, succumb, and truly choosing. Truly choosing transforms all activity from effort, struggle and burden, into effortless, flow, and play.
9. All perception is projection. The people you love and admire, and the ones you despise, are simply spiritual mirrors of the parts of you that you love or despise. So for example, until you stop “Wimping out’ or “Ripping their face off” your partner never hears you. Until you talk to them without insult or putting up with, in a way that they can truly hear you, it is you that does not “get it.” Since ALL perception is projection, and you are always talking to yourself, until you talk lovingly and truthfully to your partner, child, or co-workers in a way that works, it is you, that doesn’t get to be free or come home.
10. It is when you hold a vision, and speak with full intent, that spirit speaks through you. When spirit speaks through you, what speaks through you will move mountains. It is only when you speak with full intention, that your soul progresses. Only when you speak as if you mean it, without insult or putting up with, only when you speak “soul to soul” that they get it, you get it, and your soul makes movement.
